At Frediorton, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, because each piece is premium and produced in limited quantities, we maintain a strict return policy to protect the integrity of the collection.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Products must have all original tags attached and packaging intact.
- Items must not be
- damaged, washed, altered, or show any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom orders
- Sale / Final Sale items
- Any item that has been worn, damaged, or does not meet the above conditions
Return Process
Contact us at [support@frediorton.com] within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
After we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only if the item is defective or incorrect. For size/color exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Important Note
Frediorton reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy conditions. All approved returns will be refunded as store credit or to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
